1. Mission Statement Brief

This campaign has 3 main objectives -

1. To raise funds for Abused and Neglected Children throughout the United Kingdom, through the promotion, production and sale of our annual Paintballers Wives Calendar.
2. To raise the profile of Paintball within local communities and nationwide.
3. To raise the profile of women within the Paintball Industry.

Paintballers Wives is a trademark of Pure-Paintball.co.uk and is a non-profit making sector of the organisation.

2. Terms of Entry

To Enter for Selection in our 2009 Paintballers Wives Calendar, the following conditions apply:

Applicants must -

• Be 18+ Years old and a UK Resident.
• Be Available in July for the Shoot (if selected as one of the final 12).
• Be an active UK / Irish Tournament Player or the Spouse / Long-Term partner of a current or veteran Tournament Paintball player (We require validation via a Pure-Paintball.co.uk PIPS Membership. If you haven't yet signed up, it's only £5 for the year with some awesome benefits so please sign up now!)

Pictures submitted must be:

• 240dpi to 350dpi resolution (and no more than 4mb in file size)
• Clearly showing the entrants face and torso.
• In jpeg, tiff or eps format.
• Submitted with their entry form by 30 March 2008.

Please only submit one picture, and bare in mind that your picture may be added to our website for voting. Please therefore ensure that you choose the best one, and keep the file size reasonable. We may well resize images for web purposes, but will not alter them in content in anyway. All pictures submitted will remain the property of the entrant, and will not used in any further promotions by Pure-Paintball.co.uk unless specific permission has been obtained.

Please do NOT submit photographs taken by professional photographers, as we do not feel that this is fair on other participants.

2. Promotion

The 2009 Paintballers Wives Calendar will be promoted on the Pure-Paintball.co.uk website, on public forums, on radio - and hopefully other national media. We will be contacting all forms of media in order to raise public awareness, interest, participation and ultimately funds in terms of calendar sales. We will not be asking for any other donations other than for people to buy our calendars, in aid of the Childrens Charities.

Depending on the success of Paintballers Wives Calendars, we hope to be able to get them into stores across the UK in future years, such as card/gift shops.

3. Selection & Voting

As in our mission statement, one of our objectives is to raise the profile of women in Paintball. The semi-finalists therefore will not only be chosen on their good looks alone!! Each Entrant will also be judged, based on testimony from her spouse/partner and/or current role within the Industry.

1. Up to 20 Semi-Finalists (dependant on the number of entrants we have for our first year!) will be selected from all entries, to move through to the voting stage, appearing on our website for public selection. Voting will go live on / near 1 January 2008.
2. All members of the public will be able to vote via the Paintball.co.uk website only.
3. Voting will be email facilitated (we are hoping to have a fancy system in place next year!), however only one vote per email address (person) will be allowed. Should we suspect that more than one vote be submitted by the same person for the same Entrant, all votes from that person will be disregarded. So be warned!
4. The 12 Entrants with the highest number of votes, will be included in the 2009 Calendar!
5. Again, as we are trying to save as much money as we can for charity, there will be no runners up prizes, only our thanks for your participation. Entrants however can apply again next year.
6. Voting will end on 30th June 2008.
7. All Entrants will be notified in writing, and winners will be posted on the Pure-Paintball.co.uk website.

4. Fundraising and Expenditure

All proceeds of Calendar sales will be going to our two chosen charities.

- National Society for the Prevention of Child Cruelty (NSCCP)
and its Sister Charity...
- Children 1st for Scotland

Paintball.co.uk raises funds to administrate the campaign through the sale of advertisement space on its UK & Ireland Paintbal Sites and Teams Directory.

Pure-Paintball.co.uk also rely on charitable donations to assist in the production of the Paintballers Wives Calendar.

5. Photoshoot (by Matt Pritchard Photography!)

• All Entrants are advised to keep JULY Available!!!
• We will endeavour to find a weekend to suit all - however if you are in France for four weeks...your place will be offered to the next runner up.
• The Photoshoot will be held in as Central Location as possible for the winners.
• Travelling & Sustenance Expenses must be absorbed by the Winners, however Pure-Paintball.co.uk will secure accomodation for the weekend (shared accomodation i.e. 2 Winners per room may be required).
• No nudity will be involved (phew!).
• There will be 12 months and 12 ladies, however you can NOT ALL HAVE THE SUMMER ONES! A couple of you may need to get wet, or be up at the crack of dawn! - whomever is willing!
• All Winners must bring a selection of clothes - and be willing to mix and match will other ladies if necessary to achieve the right look (of course this excludes underwear!). Unfortunately, we do not have a massive wardrobe for you to choose from, so your co-operation will be appreciated! This of course will ultimately be carried out only at the owners discretion. You will of course return home will ALL your items.
• This is a fun weekend! And a chance to do something special and feel special :o)

6. Production

The Calendars produced will of course be done professionally, and production will be undertaken in August / September after editing the final photographs for inclusion.

6. Sale & Purchase

Calendars will be available to purchase from 1st October 2007 at £4.99 + £1.00p&p (UK delivery. Postage will vary outside UK). Orders can be made online at Pure-Paintball.co.uk

Winners will get 2 free copies of the Calendar, a copy of their published Photograph and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate at home!
